Kimpton Seafire opened on Seven Mile Beach as the hotel company’s first-ever property outside the U.S. — and the first new-build on Grand Cayman in 10 years. In a copywriter’s pinch-me-I’m-dreaming fantasy, I was fortunate to visit the island as part of the website writing process.
